I wanna buy a VPS in Singapore, prefer Equinix datacenters.

Budget: $20/year.

What can I get?
Is it possible to get the following specs?

CPU: 2 vCore (1 vCore if benchmark 5 > 700) - fair-share
RAM: 1GB
NVMe: 15GB
Bandwidth: 1TB/month 1Gbps shared port

I can prepay for 2 years.

Not that specs /budget but, @NDTN has servers in equinix and leaseweb, been using one in leaseweb and am quite happy
