I'm firm with my understanding on the statement, which is "automatic deployment" != instantly deployed/provisioned, and that's why you don't see it being used often - well at least I don't.
I think the common phrases would either be, "instantly deployed or provisioned" or "instant deployment or provisioning".

Yes you are absolutely right. Most providers uses the term "Instant provision or deployment"
But Automatic Deployment is the same thing.. Which mean server will deploy automatically when invoice mark as paid..
Anyway no matter what provider should respond the tickets to solve the issue..
Given OP's behavior, there is a good chance that he is bumping this countless tickets regularly which may explain why none of his tickets is being answered.

As long as it is delivered within a year, it's fine.
Who said I paid "anonymous currency" ? I early maintained it's $5 and via Stripe.
He does not refund me. Or providing any service. Clearly the case of theft.
This kind of harmful provider shouldn't be listed on LET as a provider in the first place.

I waited for like 3-4 weeks for my server before but was finally deployed and now it has been runnung fine for over 2 weeks.
I do believe you will receive your server but might take a while 🙁
If I have to be honest - no communication by the provider and 3 weeks of wait time (?!?!) to deploy a VPS (that is advertised as automatic deployment) is a tad bit ridiculous.
A removal of the provider tag would be very well deserved in this case, at least until the provider gets his shit together.

You want some dirt cheap servers for your very profitable pornographic things , then you also want high end service at the same time. And you don't want to take any risks with things that are dirt cheap, also the way you submited 3 tickets and being very rude. No one here can make you satisfied.

Why is price or anything else even debated? Provider chose the price, not the buyer. So provider has to be comfortable with it and of course provide the service that was bought?
How can this be even debated? It literally a week since the guy paid and got no product or even an answer. And here you go saying that he is expecting "high end service" for 5$, he got no service at all
This is now a scam and since this is some new random provider maybe mods would want to check on it too.
If you look at their website it looks so amateur as well, something a student would make over night.
