Well the offer does say "Automated deployment" and the dude is waiting 3 days. Which is a bad sign for any provider. Cant read a ticket in 3 days for offline VM?

I did a quick run through their website but I can't seem to find statements related to instant deployment, provisioning or anything along those lines.

If they have any issue with the OP they just don't need to accept the order and issue a refund.

"Automatic Deployment" != instant deployment or provisioning.
Automatic deployment is indeed equal to instant deployment after payment received

Clearly our understanding of the term is different.
To me, it can still be "automatic deployment", even after a couple of days, week or a month, or even after it passes whatever verification or checks the provider has in place.
Sorry but you are wrong here.. Automatic deployment means server will deploy automatically after receiving the payment..
In this case if you can see the screenshot the next due date was already updated..
And if the provider needs more verification then they must contact the client or at least reply on these tickets and ask the client to provide additional documents..
