Just be more precisely. First, you only searched for a Ryzen dedi. Then a DMCA ignored one, and then hosted in Netherlands.

HostSlick, Worldstream, SpectraIP, Zare, HostSailor, NexusBytes, WalkerServers, Ikoula and much more.

It ain't that hard to find one on LET. Obviously, no serious provider will advert with "I ignore DMCA complaints".
