Need a offshore Dedicated server

1 buy some cheap serer from bargainhardware.co.uk
2 send an email to alexhost about colo (they will arrange cheap shipment to their dc)
3 enjoy a server for about 50 USD p/m with a 100-200 USD setup fee indefenedly, and get the dedi afterwards when you stop the colo back.

If none of this hostings have your budget limit, then will be harder to find. Cheap dedicated servers and DMCA Ignored is not a good way.

Do you know that DMCA ignored hostings needs to pay their rights? Like Everyone else.

And I don't need to mention the fact of thousands of emails regarding copyright.

ovh is not dmca ignored, is dmca "friendly" which means you can receive a considerable amount of dmca abuse tickets monthly and as long you reply abuse emails they're fine, not like other providers which terminates service or close account for nothing

but in long term if you have a website you will don't like remove entries for every abuse ticket, so it doesn't work well... it's mostly used for video hosts.

Like Entexion said, youre asking for a lot from a providor and not willing to pay for it. Putting all your eggs in 1 dmca ignored host is not going to be cheap.

I never Said ovh is DMCA ignored. What i Said, if OP is looking for dedicated servers less than 30€ he only will find "offshore hostings" that use ovh servers for such purpose.

Because is cheap, and those "fake offshore hostings" will host them until they receive abuse after that they will Kick you from their network and lying with a stupid and unvalid reason.
