I was involved in a domain dispute with this guy a while back. He definitely knows how to write scary-sounding letters.

A host I used many many years ago let people run ffmpeg on shared hosting accounts, so there were a bunch of people transcoding videos on the same server, and it wasn't even a good server (AMD AthlonXP I think... This was maybe 15 years ago). It was a nightmare.
