While a vast of the feedback we receive day to day is purely positive, comments like this is where we digest and improve where needed.
I have looked into the hostnode, load looks great - disk I/O isn't too bad, considering this is a SSD cached node (which we're phasing out slowly by slowly) and upgrading customers to pure SSD. We will perform the migrations live, customers keep the same IP and this is done with advance notice and at no cost. This is a process that we've been doing on the backend. Some of the community members here have mentioned it, and are happy with this too.
It's important that I mention we don't oversell excessively, in the sense that performance is degraded over our sales. Otherwise, our reviews would reflect this, which today isn't anywhere to be found. We strive to provide excellent service, awesome pricing, and support that you can reach out to 24x7.
