The price is recurring, for our shared, reseller & VPS product lines, so when renewal comes around pricing will be the same.

As for locations, at this time shared & reseller plans aren't available in the Netherlands, we do plan on expanding our shared/reseller product line location wise - so be sure to follow us on social media (we've been known to make frequent expansion announcements here).
