OK, ordered this time, but it took payment from my existing balance. Topped up [again] by $11 confirmed by you and Paypal, but the funds in my balance haven't returned.

I'm now $11 short of the funds for my pending BF order from yesterday, should I comment that in the ticket #614548 whilst it's sorted out, don't want to have the main order rejected!!

Edit: Balance synced up with invoice history 30 mins later, all good now.

As long as you add back the funds to your account credit - there is no problem

Just give it some time and don't worry I'm sure your main order won't be rejected because of that.

Wait a while.. took over half an hour for my payment to be proceed. @hosthatch said the tickets are not proceed before money so enough time to wait a little longer.

haha, sorry, didn't want to sound rude ... it's just ... half of this thread is people asking questions about things that have been laid out in the beginning and multiple times in between. same goes for most of the BF threads anyway.

a bit annoying, because it feels like ... not enough respect for the work and generoustiy the providers put into these offers.
like asking for additional discount on the already best offers of the year ;-)

Looks like a similar situation for me. I am almost certain that I got all my payments processed and visible and now short for $11 . Invoices page doesn't have any extra record for that AMS order though. So if a ticket will be required, someone should be able to easily check the correct balance.
