In 2014 even LEB Providers will increase price by 40% to 70% so If you buy a VPS from LEB provider then after 45 days you need to pay 40% to 70% extra money fees ;|

They have to, desktop/server sales are going down. Very few people use windows on servers anyway so it wont matter much.
Hyper-V is free, so, if you need a windows server go ahead and install centos as guests.
That being said, as long as there is demand there will be an offer. If they discontinue licensing, people will pirate it somehow, so, while I agree Google gets more evil by the day, Microsoft should spend less on mud-slinging campaigns and mind their own business.
If they were not so busy 10 years ago to bash and figh linuz with patent trolls and FOSS in general and they would have concentrated on delivering a good search engine and free mobile os to the market they would not be in the position today to throw millions out of the window trying to attack google.
