My DS was about to expire in a few days, so I backed up my data before the DS goes down.
It went offline in Miami before the expiry date reaches.
My server has been down for weeks and I never received a reply to my tickets. They closed the tickets though...
I'm considering to involve Paypal since I used the server just for a few days before it went down.
That is probably your best bet.
