These are the normal ToS for more expensive deals. To my understanding this BF deals have more strict restrictions on resources.

The sound is opt-in because I decided that's the best way after looking at the documentation and behaviour carefully. It should work in most cases and provide better reliability.
I don't think this happens anymore. Initially it was a pretty rare occurrence but people would try to break it on purpose to pretend like they were buying the previous special if the previous special was really good. Or they would use it as an excuse to fight for a refund if they had buyer's remorse. Some people would just copy/paste the link to the package and then not check the page to see if it changed at all, so 10 minutes later it would obviously be another service.
Overall the disclaimer helped eliminate all that.
We have to manually set those up, and the system's not really set up to include addons either. And we're already selling those pretty cheap. We tried doing it in previous sales but the volume wasn't high enough for it to work.
