    Hi Guys,

    Would like to help with the help desk issue. When did the older helpdesk go down? I can get something setup nicely for us.

    Can we also submit LEB offers to this temporary helpdesk? As it seems LEB support system doesn't work too...

    I'd like to consolidate and centralize the support desk so that there is only one "real" system. Doing so should help avoid confusion, etc.

    What platform do we want to use moving forward?

    Or you can just change the CNAME to point to the working one.

    To be frank, any system could work. What's needed is not a particular software so much as a commitment to keep it going.

    The current interim support desk exists because CC couldn't take 5 minutes to fix the admin panel install. The desk was down entirely for months because CC couldn't take 30 mins (?) to fix a broken install. Seriously, the amount of work required to fix things was very minimal and no one could be bothered to fix it.

    You could:

    • carve out a LET space on LEB's freshdesk setup
    • fix the "official" LET support desk
    • I'll be happy to give you a DB dump of the interim support desk if you want to take Hesk forward on your own server

    But the key is that minimal effort needs to be put in to keep it going.

    This seems like the most logical solution.

    We plan to have this fixed in the next 7-10 days.

    First, a very massive thanks to our moderator team who stepped in to help us with a temporary solution while the primary support desk was left unfixed for so long.

    I've fixed the support desk and updated the software so we are good to go with that again.
