my personal suggestions would be lagrange cloud for the ASN (they’re a cheaper reseller of inferno), neterra to rent an ipv4 block and scaleblade if you need more ipv6 addresses

We (Lagrange) actually no longer resell Inferno - we registered as a LIR ourselves last month in order to optimise the ASN assignment process. This has brought down assignment times to just 2 business days (or next day in many cases) for most applications, with the overwhelming majority of the process now being fully automated. We'll be passing on the cost savings to customers in the near future!
