    It's a sensitive time in China. Don't know if the blocking can be reverted a month later.
    BTW mine is also blocked.

    I noticed that it was unblocked for a couple of hours, but that was it.

    With dedicated IP and not shared? Rest all things don't matter for me.

    Please confirm. And when I browse page it shows 3.50 dollars?

    Resources shared is fine with me but I don't wish shared IP.

    It is $2/year (the discount appears on the final checkout page) but the IP is shared (it's a NAT VPS).

    Dedicated IP adds 50cents-$1/month to the price of VPSs.

    Black Friday is less than a week away.

    My requirements is pretty less. I need 1 dedicated IP, HDD - 2GB is fine, bandwidth 2GB. I can afford 2-3 dollars/year

    Why do you need dedicated IP? 2GB bandwidth is almost like nothing, you can probably used up just by idling (Due to public network scanning)

    Your budget is pretty less too. I am afraid only VirMach can provide this. The closest you can get now is HostSailor with $6/yr if it is in stock.

    Oh and also Sentris but you have to pay for 3 years in advance but I will not recommend it for newbie. ($13.99 for 3 years)

    I am just giving my minimum requirements,you can extent it but my budget is limited as above.

    You can get dedicated IPv6 addresses.
    IPv4? Good luck with your budget.

    Most provide charge $2 or $3/month for a dedicated IP. Anyway, good luck.

    Why do you need a dedicated IP? NAT VPS has a static IP (IP doesn't change) and you get about 20 ports exclusively assigned to you.
