Just to mention , about the ips ... the company who rent us this ips (some years ago , i think 7 years when we have start to rent it) was send me a notice monday to change all this ips in the next 7 days because hi have sell them to another person and this new person dont want to renew. I have payed this rent quote upfront next year but seems the guy is not interesed about this (i feel i am scammed ) . Clerly i have a contract with this but seems is not scarryed about it ..

I apologise for short time but i am pressed by the owner ..

so what we have do is change all ips asap.

  • @cociu Any updates on ipv6?

  • Just received my node deployment information. Pretty fast. :)

Welcome to the club. Still waiting for weeks now for an answer to my ticket. He even said to PM him the ticket number, promised to look at it the next day and its not resolved with no responses back. That was well over a week ago.

yes true , way ? because here in Oradea was a natural disaster , have been affected 20% of our electricity network so we are running in generator in some racks due of this incident.

Also for confusion to not specif the service my colleage was recreate your other service not the problematic one. If you are in hunrry i can offer you a full refund , if not this next week when all will calm down i am glad to provide the service (is a discounted one) so i think you want the service. any way i am opened to any of your decision. Also thanks for understand.

There was never a problem with my other service, so I dont know why they recreated it or adjusted it at all. Now both of mine are wiped clean and/or off. If you can restore it turn it on and that's fine and issue resolved. If the data is gone then issue me a full refund for both services you wiped.

I wasnt in a hurry which is why this has been ongoing since March but at some point its getting a bit ridiculous.

I had the 1TB storage server running fine until the recent IP address change. Have raised ticket and waiting for the reponse. I'm unable to SSH now and no VNC also.

  • Have I missed the chance for the summerstorage discount? Looks like its no longer accepted when ordering, super sad about that! This would have been the perfect vps storage that I need. Hope cociu will make another big sale soon
