No it's not. Cuz of the 100GB data transfer.

Where else can you find a 512MB VPS with 50GB HDD in Sweden for €12/yr? (@ me in the cest pit to not advertise on their offer)

Let's be real, most people will leave this VPS to idle and not even use 1GB of b/w

its interesting that traffic is expensive in sweden despite so many user have ftth with 1gbps bahnhof.se even offers 10gbps

Thats because ftth is a shared port + home connection is usually less used than a server.

That's why more bandwidth would make sense, so that people aren't afraid ordering

For 40 other people 100GB seems to be alright.

Hypothetically, how much traffic would you like to have? For 1 euro per month.

500 GB would be great indeed, as most users wouldn't have to worry about hitting the limit, while still keeping at bay some big bandwidth consumers. Anything more than 100 GB would be better, though.

While I can understand that traffic is expensive in Sweden, I would say at least x4 or x6 on the size of the hard drive's capacity. Whit this traffic, a simple backup of the entire content will eat 50% of the monthly bandwidth...
On those specs with this price, I would say 250-300GB would be more than fine. But I am not your accountant to calculate the costs and profits : )

Still, the question everyone should be asking is: What is the charge for additional traffic?

I have never seen a host not mentioning this fee in their offers...

Now with the bandwith update I couldnt resist anymore.
There are some things I didn't like about the ordering process (might send you a mail about that later) but overall it was very easy and fast, indeed the VPS and panel data hit my mailbox seconds after the order was complete.

Is there a way to enable TAP interface on this server?

Bit the bullet due to the be upgrade but...on payment option there wasn't one for PayPal so I selected other which then forwarded to PayPal. Then I got

Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later.

    Should be enabled by default.

    lsmod | grep tun
    tun 31740 2

    cat /dev/net/tun
cat: /dev/net/tun: File descriptor in bad state

If I'm not mistaken IP address are registered to ICME LIMITED, like the one used for your website. Is it swedendedicated.com's new legal entity?

If so I guess it is as if the server was under UK jurisdiction (+ SE one as physical presence there).

Not at this time. We will implement single ipv6 soon and with our new 2 euro package /64 might be an option. This however all depends on approval of upper management and if we receive many requests from customers.

Router sending ipv6 advertisements, this has been disabled for obvious reasons...
