@feezioxiii has a point. People read TOS Before ordering, and if the TOS is bad, why bother proceed ?
It's like a warning in the smoke / cigarette packaging. It's just another form of TOS. If you smoke, you will get sick. If you do get sick from smoking, you have no one to blame but yourself.
