I am not talking about Article 11 and 13 but GDPR which does not have anything to do with uploading but privacy
In the past some people know how to be a thief and stole your web property information , then (maybe) it's doing in the accumulation from yours, so then there were from you in another part of group (still in europe) thinking after SSL policy been implemented of course initiated by Google, just for avoid or minimalize been cookie stolen, then who is actually be injured from SSL policy, then we know the answer.
That policy is look a like to strengthen one to another, but actually when you looking in further, why some countries (EU) asking tax more to giant tech before this policy implemented meanwhile we have not yet found any good invention (IOT) known from EU, SSL policy is differently from GDPR,
for the first it's really come from technical matter, meanwhile for secondly it's come from outside that who was actually low understanding in technical matter.
In simple words i want to say : yeah in the past, i've been doing as a thief, but now i realized it should not be for future, meanwhile now in our situation from the past that i've been doing, it's pretty much outcome for me, and it's enough.
Let's have a look another region when Asia start to develop theirs, it's shouldn't be happened to them.

I consider European Union as a huge step towards unification and greater good. Unfortunately, there are leaders there who desire only fame and fortune, but that does not mean all people have narrow views, or that they think only about themselves.
In my opinion, there is a huge tendancy for loneliness and selfish thinking (we have thousands of friends on social media, but only very few in real life). Humanity needs to unite, not divide itself; yet somehow technology makes us more lonely in our own "voyeuristic" view of others.
EU should be only economy union, not political.
