    Perhaps I'm mistaken, but isn't that how most hosting relationships work?

    If you want to buy on-demand resources, I would point you to AWS or any of the cloud offerings.

    And yes, this latest HostHatch offer certainly looks like a good deal to me.

    The best course of action is always ask the service provider before buying, especially if English is not your native language. Also, what is valid a year or two ago may no longer be the case. I am sorry to see your situation but there is nothing that can be done about it. Posting on LET does not help you in any way when the fault does not lie with the provider.

    When will those starter plans be listed on the Website/ Control panel?

    Hey, did everybody get their chicago servers or are they still provisioning? It's been a few days since they started provisioning the servers so just wanted to check if fhey are on track or they've just missed mine :)

    Yeah I'm pretty sure they were delivered. Mine was as well.

    There are no plans to have these on the website/control panel directly, at least for now.

    We have 5 new locations coming in the next few months.
