I had mine refunded for the same, I didn't even consider that might've been a problem. Was that listed anywhere on the site and I just missed it? Oh well, I noticed it before stock ran out and got an order in with a payment it liked.

I gotta check again but i'm certain it mentions emails must match on our TOS.

I don't see anything about emails explicitly, I think this is the most relevant line though:
3,1,5 - Account details must match information provided by payment method.
I read that as name/address when I skimmed through the TOS, but in hindsight email makes sense here too. Honestly, I didn't pay close enough attention either way, I was using my SO's paypal thinking the surname and address match was fine for fraud purposes.

My order wasn't successful, too - marked as fraud because IP location was too far away from home address.
I know that VPN usage commonly leads to problems but it's the first time I have become "victim" of anti-fraud-detection when using a residential DSL IP which, however, doesn't match my home address.
Wanted to play around a bit with the LUX location - maybe another time when I happen to have returned from traveling and new "slices" become available

You should try and fix that. My PayPal email is unique and every service I use has unique email. This is the first time in all my years with PayPal a requirement that PayPal email matches the service email. This is why there's a PayPal login screen to enter PayPal account info and not hard-coded email in the login screen.

Got mine delivered in Las Vegas, here's a quick benchmark:
Let see how good it's idling
I'll make a nod towards the GTA comment when I send the final RFO.
Rob informed me that he should have something in the next 24 - 48 hours, pending a final report from his UPS tech.

@Francisco sent a ticket with a doubt

IPv6 FTW
It does. (Or did). I admit I got caught out by that one too though.
My order wasn't successful, too - marked as fraud because IP location was too far away from home address.

Grabbed a kvm slice in NY, but your ipv6 is a HE tunnel in miami? Is that correct? If so, anytime its going native?
Yep, next few months I think. Need a new router to handle it and to get some additional transit.
Francisco
May be someone is interesting. I had tested Luxembourg location
Test by ServerScope.io

Why not, since I have one in NY, heres a NY test result:
LV
@Francisco Would you like to check pm?
Not always
Karen said : "as long as client can prove other email"
just like my case.
Yep.
Karen's pretty reasonable.
Francisco
Hello, I paid order, 8532582425 and 3282359202, by Alipay, at least you should active service for me, however, you deleted my account, what happened?
@Francisco Please explain.
The email you PM'd me has had no orders or anything on it.
If you have another let me know.
Francisco
My previous account was deleted, I JUST re-registered the new account.
If you need, I can offer email archives in my inbox of former account.
You can pm me that and I'll look into it with Karen in the morning.
Francisco
Ouch of stock
Need more stock
@Francisco, just grab one, after installed OS, and try to assign a ipv6 address, then control panel became unresponsive, now i can't open it and even buyvm.net! Did i get blocked?
Check again?
Francisco
All back.
@Francisco, when will LUX likely be available again for 4GB/8GB?
On the 1st.
LU rarely gets stock back and when it does it disappears in an afternoon.
I'm sending some more nodes over this spring, I just have to get LV buttoned up first.
Francisco

It's a requirement for fraud checks.
Francisco
@Francisco give us LV stock! haha
