Why do you need php for a "blog"? Think outside the box. Therein lies a lot of the problem. Try doing something different and unconventional. If you have some useful, unique content people will find it.

• The primary objective of a website should be to share information, thereby contributing to the WWW.
• "Getting traffic" is an outcome, not an objective.
• If your website only regurgitates information from other sites, then it contributes nothing.
