Do I read this right and do you offer 200gb of ssd space in LA for 20/year?
HDD, but kinda low BW.
200GB offer is HDD in New York Metro and Frankfurt
hmm.. no yet long time w them (less than year) but servers are fast, network is fast, yet no problems, and again nice offer - I fancy this provider, and go order any new stock thank you!
Then why does it list (Los Angeles which is SSD) behind it?
I'm interesting in 2k18-OVZSTO200 but 512MB RAM, 1200GB Bandwidth are little low.
How many vCPU?
There is no order link for that type of package for LA location. LA which is SSD was just for clarification sake for second offer in OpenVZ deals. Hope I clarified
It's 1 CPU. Bandwidth can be lifted to 2TB/month in case it is really needed. Just submit ticket after order to get it upgraded.
You should enable HTTPS in your main site. https://piesrv.com/
Easter Egg?
Select 3 Extra Ips, then the price pull down to $25/y.
2k18-KSSD3GB - 3GB DDR4 RAM | 25GB SSD| 4 TB BW | 2 CPU |1x IPv4 | DDoS protection - $26/year
Hmmm... Even the adding Directadmin or cPanel also gives the $25 annual price. @harisp, is this the desired behavior for this coupon?
Unlikely, cPanel license costs whole lot than that.
It's price override coupon and that kind of order would not be honored as order would be setup as is advertised here .
Edit: Sorry for keeping you hyped however will be fixed in next hour-two
Germany 2k18-OVZ4G out of stock
Added few more in stock
What’s the CPU spec for the LA OVZ?
Thanks, got one! Unfortunately, IPv4 is not assigned on the Debian 8 image, reconfigure networking doesn't help either Will install debian 7 and see if that helps
Edit: Not working on Debian 7 x64 minimal either, ticket #828129
Happy New Year everyone!
It's been solved, happy holidays!
Intel E3's mainly.
@harisp I tried signing up for a service last year, however had an issue paying with PayPal - they needed me to create an account instead of just letting me pay via Credit card.
This this been addressed/resolved? Or do you still need an account to pay via PayPal?
Give monthly or quarterly on 2k18-OVZ4G please ...
Great CPU for idling.
Hello,
Reading the terms of use, the conclusion is that basically this server is just for fileserver, nothing else?!. If I want to run some application, and have a few users on it, because of cpu use limitation(?) it could be suspended without warning if reaches a x% of cpu use, higher network use has the same kind of limitation... - so why you offer a good server at good price but good for nothing? As anyone knows a lot of well known cloud host give the space u can need for free. So my question is - if I run some server software wich uses 50..70% of cpu use and high network band, just to retransmit information (basically placed in the gray zone), do u will suspend my server, withouth any warnings and refunding?
Many thanks,
Peace

If you actually want to use your server I recommend a dedicated or at least dedicated cores.
Of course that might cost a little more.
Of course is for use... who achieve a virtual server just to have it ?
I don't want a dedicated one...
Anyway thanks for reply...
what a garbage answer - you just never know when better to shut up, do you?
yeah you spawned my interest
indeed the terms are so unspecific, they could basically justify any suspension or termination arbitrarily:
reading the terms it becomes obvious that this is a german provider, which is incompliant with german laws and regulations.
no imprint at all, nor accessible from all pages and well GDPR is not even mentioned anywhere.
as far as I can see there is no given street address and therefore nothing easily enforceable.
on top there seems no VAT collected in the EU, be it 20% for UK addresses / 19% in germany nor is VAT mentioned in the terms nor is a VAT registration number given.
consider any paid amount to be in a black hole - hoping you get something in return before the german tax authorities crack down - obviously german based customers were not in the focus of these offers anyhow so less german VAT evaded - draw your own conclusions.
any more information from customers who receive emails or can access more information?
p.s. was not interested so far how providers are checked here on LET - obviously not much
While I know where and when to shut up (never) you obviously don't.
@eol you are just proofing my point lol
LOL.
EDIT:
Not really.
You rather proof my point.
the end is nigh.
