On the bright side my server at Virmach in Piscataway acheived 99.93% uptime according to Hetrix tools over the past year. Only downtime was the 7 hour problem a few months ago.

Why I see "WINDOWS AVAILABLE" while I remember you said "20GB can't install Windows and we will refund" last year?
For Windows support look when offer is live, not already ended. There is little bug that marks all offers Windows Supported when they have ended already. If you go there when you can still buy, Windows won't be mentioned
