    @ninzo59 thanks a lot! I've just attached an MTR report, it shows that be5.bhs-3a-6k.qc.ca router is failing.

    It is not always as simple as that. More likely the problem is with the switch on your rack (which doesn't show on the trace), or its upstream connection.

    Yeah, I also think it's something not simple. Because from his side be5.bhs-3a-6k.qc.ca seems to be failing and from my side be7.bhs-3b-6k.qc.ca seems to be failing. But be7.bhs-3b-6k.qc.ca seems to be fine from his side.

    sorry for off topic , but first time use SYS

    could someone please tell me , if these failover IP can be used as normal IPv6 ?

    I see in control panel there is set up fee , is it only one time fee or monthly fee?

    Am I dumb-dumb or what's wrong. I can't seem to be able to get the 100Gb backup to work. I authorized the free SyS backup space and when I go to "Add an access to the storage" I get "You cannot add a new access to this backup storage as you don't have any IP blocks available."

    Failover IPs are IPv4, not IPv6.

    hey, i bought an extra E3-SSD-1-32 Server - Xeon E3-1245v2 (4c/8th) - 32GB DDR3 1333 MHz - SoftRaid 2x480GB SSD . I don't need. if anyone wants to make an offer . Trying to recoup what I spent. I'm willing to transfer to your account send a pm. CA account.

    @ninzo59 Could check my order 98623960. It was placed with 120sec last Thr or Friday until now I haven't received any credentials. Now I see in the website 10j I need to now a ETD.

    On which rack is it? I mean BHS1, BHS2 or BHS6?
