  • I've send a PM to an admin as well and didn't get an answer since 3 weeks :)
    The problem is still present. I can't still create a ticket.

    Why? I have seen furthermore a bug in the system and want to report this.
    I do not only try to open a ticket to become provider tag.

    It looks like many users here are of the same opinion? Or am I wrong?

    If you want the tag, become a CC reseller. That's the only way.
