    Two that come to mind are arubacloud and seflow. Seflow might've been banned on LET due to their owner not knowing when to shut up, not because their services were shit or shady.

    Edit: not actually banned, just hasnt posted since 2017. Still active though. @matteob

    it works, first time it got redirected to some ad. They have a wordpress site and looks like a Malicious Redirect. They should be notified about it...

    Is there rules when provider gets removed from the list? Like inactivity here or provider don't exist anymore. (HostDoc)
