Dearest All, Is there a list of sites similar to Vultr, Digital Ocean, Hetzner, etc.?

Dearest All,

Sites such as Vultr, Digital Ocean, Hetzner, Online.net are great as they all offer simple hourly plans, with an average charge of around $5 or less per month. As well they mostly offer diverse locations. Is there a list of all of these sites? Specifically large companies with many employees working for them, a single person running some servers won't count in this case. I would love to see more of these sites and compare the features as well as test some of them out.

With Warm Regards,
James B. Peach

    Dearest Shihab Soft,

I have seen Netcup before, but I don't see much of a need for them as Hetzner offers such a similar service, and they offer it in two cities in Germany. Still a good addition, thank you for your suggestion.

No, netcup make you agree to a nasty contract ...

  • Linode is missing from your list. Or they too small to qualify?

  • I don’t know of any formal list.

For enterprise use there is AWS, Azure, IBM, and Google.

For developers there is DigitalOcean, Ramnode, Linode, Vultr, Lunanode, OVH, Arubacloud, and probably a few others,

Wow "Dearest", never been anyone so kind to me in this online world :)

Btw, may be an obvious one, why not give OVH a try they also provide some cheap ass offers in VPS SSD range.

    Dearest Shihab Soft,

I am glad you welcome my warm welcome in the online world. OVH is great however as far as I know they don't offer hourly billing. OVH is good if I know I will use it, but if I want to pop up a VPS for a quick test that will take a few hours, OVH is not of great use for that specific purpose. Thank you though for your suggestion.

Probably a reference to ColoCrossing, the owners of LET (this). Of course this is probably a sarcastic response, so take it as it is...

    Dear Mr. James B. Peach,

if you're interested in hourly plans there's also iwstack.com; the company behind it isn't active on this forum any more but to the best of my knowledge they were and still are well respected. Hopefully this suggestion may be of interest for your business, to which I truthfully send my warmest wishes.

    Regards

I'm thinking it's @WSS's inverse personality. But I've been thinking everyone is WSS since @AnthonySmith said he's still around under another identity. Strong suspicion it's @CyberMonday as well.

I just miss the dude :disappointed:
