Is there a limited use of this offer by a account?

As far as German VAT for non-EU private persons is concerned, ...

Do they charge VAT for non EU customers? I think they should. Because it's a service and their servers are in the EU. When you rent a car, book a hotel, have dinner in the EU you pay tax and can't get a refund.

Or aren't they? Netcup is high up on my quality suppliers short list, regardless whether I need to pay VAT or not.

You don't understand the EU migration law. They are EU firm, they have to conform the EU law. If I am not living/staying in the EU, I don't have to pay the tax. It's better for EU because it makes EU goods more competitive.

Back to the topic, I am still waiting for their call/mail for verification.

Yes, netcup does charge German VAT to non-EU private persons, which some non-EU private persons may view as a negative point.

(This topic has been hashed before on LET, so let's not hash it again. I was simply pointing out this fact, which may be perceived as a negative point by non-EU private persons. At the same time, don't forget that the prices that netcup advertises already include German VAT, so non-EU private persons would pay exactly these prices.)

"We have reworked our affiliate program. The loading time has been significantly increased, there is a new design and new vouchers, as well as new functions."

One of the new functions is a referral campaign

Just wondering, why do they route bandwidth to the Middle East through the Amsterdam? It is like ping pong.

  • Probably because of the undersea cables landing there. It's not ping-ponging, it's taking the longer road around through the sea.
