Ah could of been different hardware. My SSDNodes 4 CPU KVM is apparently on Intel Xeon Gold 6130 Skylake cpus.

It seems not be Xeon Gold
I asked them via ticket about the CPU model.
They said it’s E5 but refused to provide details.

Interesting if sshnodes isn't using Xeon Gold 6130 then only other Skylake's with AVX512 besides the Xeon Silver/Platinum with base 2.10Ghz clocks according to https://ark.intel.com/products/codename/37572/Skylake#@server are

• Intel Xeon D-2163IT at 2.10Ghz to 3.0Ghz 12C/24T https://ark.intel.com/products/136437/Intel-Xeon-D-2163IT-Processor-16_5M-Cache-2_10-GHz

Or they have both Xeon Gold and Xeon E5 depending on host nodes ?
