How do I change the OS to CentOS 7? I'm have Debian 8.
Well, its KVM, changing the OS on the fly does not work like that.

NanoKVM is getting 3 new Locations.
Finland is kinda full right now, restock is unlikely to happen.
Storage upgrades will be available on all locations excluding Romania.
So if you need up to 100GB additional space, its possible as long enough storage is free.
/64 IPv6 Subnet will be available on specific locations, more on that next week.
Specs should be the same, 50Mbit Uplink but differs from Fairuse or Unlimited.

Regarding the reboots this night on Finland, we tried to get v6 deploy working, sadly its borked, so v6 deploy on Finland is delayed until its fixed.
However, Norway will come with v6, Lithuania will come with v6 as soon its deployed.
Norway is already ready, just waiting still for the delivery of the last 2 dedi's.
v6 has been fixed on Finland and will be deployed over the next days over the VM's.
Each VM is getting its own /69 IPv6 subnet.
By default you getting one IPv6 assigned, based on the MAC of the eth adapter.
But you can add as much IPv6's as you like, in the given subnet.

I would prefer if users would qualify OVZ as haram. Go for it.
