If I recall correctly you need to select "local storage". Dont quote me on that though.
That being said, my OS list was empty too a while ago, but it was fixed within 24h after a ticket.

this is correct. in some nodes we perform this error in autoprovisioning. We have try to solve this with developer but until succes (a unknow error until today) but if you open a tiket we can resolve it manually.
