    Made account but screwed up initial password (pasted a long string by mistake). Clicked reset password, got an email with a "reset password" button that did nothing. I managed to fix the issue myself but the reset system is too clever for its own good. Please just send a normal link and paste-able recovery code instead of a javascript button.

    It's also not clear if it's possible to add funds using a credit card. There's buttons for paypal and alipay, but I don't use either of those.

    Also, it's 2018: please add support for TOTP 2FA :)

    Unfortunately not currently. It's something we're actively working on adding.

    Nope! We're adding an option to Bonsai for the choice to deploy to either. If you'd like Intel at the moment though, feel free to open a ticket and we'll see what we can do - just reference this comment.

    I don't think LA is out of stock? Anyways, Epyc and 10Gbit shared network is only in the UK right now.

    Possibly in the future we'll look at "storage"-like servers. Our main focus right now is filling LA back up with more nodes & expanding further.

    I realize what this offer is. However, for the last two weeks, when I have tried to launch an instance in L.A., a message pops up which reads "Region out of stock". So, I would take that as meaning...the region is out of stock.

    Therefore, I took the opportunity to find out if vmhaus had any plans to add more stock to that region, which they answered.

    Good to hear! We'll have some more special offers coming soon as we're nearing our anniversary. EPYC is the CPU we're using - the title (and most of the thread) is a play on "epyc" and "epic".

    Sadly not yet. We may consider other North East regions of the US shortly.

    $50 total spend. If you haven't achieved this we charge $50 however we can deduct the amount you have spent. Say a 256MB plan, you would pay $35
