    Your budget is quite low, for 1.5GB RAM. However if you are running one CS 1.6 server then believe me you can even run that on 128 MB RAM.

    I used to run a CS 1.6 server with 128 MB RAM, 256 MB SWAP, unlimited bandwidth, and not only one, but 2-3. And those servers were not empty, it used to have 10-20 players.

    1 CPU, One of my server used to have around 20 players, never experienced any lag. Around 40-50 GB bandwidth was used in a month.

    Just use the same installer but create a different user account (e.g. 'csserver2')

    Then you'll just have to modify the ports (e.g. instead of using 27015, use 27115, etc.)

    CS 1.6 or CSGO works fine on a Atom dedi for a few bucks, N2800 can hold easy 14-16 slots.

    The thing which is bad, its when you end up on oversold Node, you will experience lag spikes on the gameserver.

    Thats why I always go for dedicated hardware.

    my vps i7-2600 CPU @ 3.40GHz 2core's
    1gb ram + 2gb swap

    i think this server is very good for me
    good ping and no lag at all

    Go for a hetzner cloud, as said before. They won't deadpool in the near future for sure.
