Thank you but this site is not loading for me. I did try from different locations - using VPN - but still no luck.
Hosting is merely a side business for Los Pepes, it isn't their main source of income, so they probably neglect it a bit.

escobarVPS.net used to be the go-to provider there, they completely dominated the local market, but at some point, they made some tactical errors (e.g., pushing OpenVZ and always in short supply of KVM), and other providers emerged to fill the gap. The local market there had its special characteristics, so naturally, I don't want to generalize.
