Go with ElasticEmail. It allows tracking and is free.
If you want a decent paid solution, consider ElasticEmail, MailGun or Amazon SES.

where i read the mail with elastic mail or mail gun?

Frankly, in light of your comments, I think that you would do best to use G Suite or Office 365. (Or take the time to learn a bit more about mail servers, etc.)

As I said above, you can do a combo.

    Yandex - Incoming Mail
    ElasticEmail - Outgoing Mail

If you have a SMTP client like Sendy.co, or anything which you can input your SMTP details in, it works wonders.

I have MXRoute, but my personal stuff is setup on MailCheap because that's where it's at already.

    Gotcha. My mistake

  • I use www.inbox.eu, free registration is available for up to 3 users (mailboxes) per domain.

Yandex Mail is not bad at all. And it is free.

I'm sure you'll be satisfied with yandex if you're not afraid of FSB of course.

There is also another similar product from mail.ru https://biz.mail.ru/mail/

If your concerns are about data safety and security I can recommend https://protonmail.com with paid accounts.

  • Sorry but Moscow isn't Europe. IS Russia.
    Stop it.

I need to use business email not newsletter.

Sendy works out of box for Amazon ses . I have not tested SMTP but seems good too .

Mailgun has issues with delivery in our case .
Elastic ,I have not tried but these days I hesitate to try free emails after issues both mailgun and sparkpost where emails going to spam or emails being dropped completely .

Amazon ses is dead cheap and very high delivery rates provided it is setup properly . I have dropped many unnecessary mails from whmcs to save cost to half now ;)

Those services people suggested are not exclusivly for sending newsletters. If you want everything in one package your options are pretty much:

    • Free: yandex, mail.ru which i know you don't want
    • Paid: MXRoute, GSuite, Office 365 (all of which are likely to store your data outside the EU - i wouldn't be that concerned about tracking openings though since it's snake oil functionality anways as you can send me as many emails as you like and never know i've read them and noone can do shit about it)

If you put tracking beacons in your email then it can increase the spam score (e.g. spamassassin's TRACKER_ID). This is decided by the recipient's mail server, so it will be true regardless of which sender you use.

We've been happy with Amazon SES

All of our plans (incl. data storage & offsite backups) except location specific plans are located in France, EU.

  • @chiccorosso said: Hello,

i work a lot with email and i use a free account of gmail with alias of my domain. But a lot of client has problem and my email going to spam.

Your domain might not be configured properly (DKIM/SPF etc.) and none of the alternatives suggested here will help you unless you fix that.

He meant for email delivery, you can just integrate it with your MTA.

I'm assuming that when it comes to something as important as e-mails that people would generally want to go with a reputable outfit.

I'd trust Pavin if that's worth anything, been doing this long enough to have some kind of value in my word at least... However small :P

  • I was going to go with them but then I read the reviews:

I am using Rackspace and they have servers in East Coastal so I believe the connection to EU is not bad.

  • @Crogic said:

Those reviews are silly. For the most part, they're people who needed serious hand-holding and were looking in the wrong place to begin with. In a few of the cases, Pavin replied, but there was never any follow-up by the person who made the comment.

I would sooner rely on what LET users say about Mailcheap.co.
