Windows installs automaticually but then we have to license it, it's normally no longer then 15 minutes depending if there is a queue.

Windows 2012 r2 is only around 10Gb Disk space, you'll have 20Gb Disk space free. RDC is enabled by default.
You must have quite a queue then, been over 2 hours now. If it gets past 3 I'll drop a ticket as per the welcome email.

I'm personally not fussed by waiting a few hours for a plan to be deployed, but maybe you should be careful about that 'All of HardCloud's products are Instantly Deployed' line, because it's clearly not the case for your Windows product.

The installation is automatic, however KVM is the same as your own home Windows computer, you have to install Windows exactly the same as you have to install Windows on your own computer. There will be a wait time some longer then others depending on how many are installing at the time. We appreciate you patience. All servers have been deployed, installed and installed.

Can i mount/unmount ISO myself? Or just premade template? I want manual installation.
You can mount/unmount, reinstall with linux or our windows ISO's. You cannot use your own desktop ISO as it is against Microsoft's Policies to run on a server.

I got my order deployed yesterday morning and I've been playing around with the box and so far so good
I got a Windows Server 2012. My license is only for 180 days though, so I'm not sure what will happen after that.
