    Looks like you need a /28 subnet with your server.

    Maybe @qps, @Quadranet_Adam, or @gisadik can help you out.

    Just looking at incero's site, they have a E3-1230/32gb/2x1tb for $40 + $20 for a /28, so $60 per month (slightly above your budget).

    Correct, SpectraIP has it's own private corridor at the Dataone datacenter.

    is incero comes with default ipv4 allocation when order, or with additional $8 for /30 block. look inceror have good deals on their site.
