This is the only host I asked for a refund after ordering as the VM was just unusable. The only time I encountered something worse than CloudAtCost. In all fairness, their support was quite fast with refunding.
How many spam emails did they send out while this server was down and inaccessible to their current clients?
If the answer is more than zero, their efforts to gain new clients are of higher priority to them than to maintain the clientbase they already have, and it tells you all you need to know about a provider.
Alpharascals recreated my account in a 'new node' with same name justice. I had 2 websites gone with wind.
These turds are known to spam the living shit out of everything in their reach. Good job taking it one step further.
