I thought they mentioned a second carrier in the offer thread that I think is missing? Either way, cogent is amazing in a lot of cases for US traffic at least. Starts to fade over the water though for sure.

Starts to fade completely dies over the water though for sure.

Fixed that for you. Example: NYC to Milan over Level3 about 95-105ms. Over Cogent 140-150ms.

Seeing about normal pings for over-seas traffic:

Paris, France (frpar02): Okay 80.3ms
London, United Kingdom (gblon01): Okay 77.5ms
Cologne, Germany (decgn01): Okay 88.3ms

Kind of false advertising actually. They technically have nLayer/Others but they don't currently have any bandwidth with them.
