Why it was canceled?

In one ticket, one support staff asked me the transaction id and email.
I gave the info to him.
Then another support staff asked "Can you please open a dispute from your side?".
I don't know why do I need to open a dispute to get refunded. I have already given them the transaction id and email.
And it is funny his title is "X3 Host Tech Support - Senior Admin".

Please read the post before you. they was banned, so probably will not reply. This provider tech support is terrible and VPS uptime is the same in my case. This is almost scam provider.
