so i will post my final solutions and final decision : always i am opened to work more with new brands and small one ... way ? exactly for this : i have call today in Istambul/turkey a manufacturer from there who fabric big ups and ask him this : if i buy today a ups from you how many days you tard in delivery to my adress in romania , verry surprised was his answer , i will deliver this ups in your location in maximum 3 days and if you need help to install it i have a colaborator near of your city (near 250 km in romania is not easy because we dont have autoband-road . So finnaly i will give a try to this manufacturer because all my question was with answer :
1) How long you tard in delivery ----3 days
2) if in need help in install this ups do you have some colaborator here ? ---- in my case is 250 km beteen me and his tehnical support
3) can you set me some tipical alerts what i need ? ex : sms , email, stats of ups -----for 150 dollars more yes
4) in case of faill durring the guarantee wich is 1 year how many days you need to repair my ups ? ---- if can be repaired localy 1-3 days , if is need to be delivered back to turkey we will need maximum 2 days in our warehouse +the shipping period 2 ways.
5) is a redundant ups ? yes you can add up to 8 ups togheter.
6 ) can i use batteries with acid or is support only gel ? (right now i use acid batterry due of 4x less cost compared with gel. ---- yes you can use any battery you want , only you need to tell me how many amper have one battery to set property the ups before you put him in production.
7) can i pay a extended guarantee ? ----- yes you can pay a extended guarantee (hi give me different plans until 10 years )
8) can you quote me the shipping cost ? ---- yes the shipping cost is 240 eur +dua+
So i will fuck apc , today i made my order of 2 ups of 100kva +5 year for guarantee extended and the price ...... surprise !!!! fck was only 10500 dollars !!! for 2 ups of 100 kva.
I will post the manufacturer here , i am nothing to win but yes i am verry content about this persons and i am glad to share it .

PS About how many batteries ? for this people was verry easy , i have recived a direct answer in the next second : you need 62 battery and depend on how many runtime you need is more or less amper battery. So yes this is a direct answer not like apc wich have tell me you need to wait 2 month until our guy will came to install it (idiots)

what do you think ?: first i will return it ASAP . Second never buy more from apc. Maybe in other country is better but for romania is the worst !

While one should wait and see how well everything turns out I generally think that both of your decisions (get a ups from an agile, interested turkish company and never again apc) are smart.
Frankly, I consider apc (and the other major brands, too) basically a kind of scam since quite some years. A ups is not rocket science; I do not see any reason why some small or mid size turkish company shouldn't be able to build good ones. Plus they seem to be really customer oriented and not an arrogant, utterly disinterested large corp asshole.
Oh and: Please provide ups porn once the thing is installed!

i will delay some weeks maybe because i really want to go personally to this manufacturer , way ? i had the most special tratament this year from his part. Also is verry opened to grow his business so if you remember our discutions in the past i have some retails clients who need small ups wich is also produced there. So i cannot let it go this oportunity to know him ansd make some futures business. but yes for you will be some pictures , waiting the battery delivery and the ups .

Either way, that price is excellent. Let us know how it goes. I'm in the market for UPS! Been shipping mine over from Hong Kong and it's not the most cost effective. Still cheaper/better than what I can get in Europe for that kind of money.
100kva each so a totaly of 200kva. Also i had in the past some pyramide ups wich is manufactured in instambull too and i have been verry happy with but we grow so i had to sell them and buy some more big capacity but yes was function more than 5 intensive years.

you are still wrong. The price for one ups 100kva is 4100 dollars , but i have contracted a extended guarantee so for this i pay more. If you are ok with 1 year guarantee your price will be only 4100, and yes can be redundant up to 8 ups
You could always put them in series...
also forgott to mention , with the money what i pay for APC i afford to buy every year one ups from turkey durring the next 5 years and still remain with Money ... so yes @bsdguy you have 100% reason , some of us we are stupid to pay this name "APC" and been humiliated. I am verry happy to take this decision to return this shit.
dont know from where you are but the guy can help you with shipping price and seems to have a good price because for me was give me 20 eur more than i have recived from all our colaborators so for this difference i accepted his price and sleep better.
