nope. BuyVM is NOT OVH (nor OVH reseller). And as far as i know Voxility's peering to asia is bad.

(i see soyoustart but they server in only france and canada that`s very high ping..)

Zare.co.uk or USdedicated.com - Both have in-line Corero appliances. I own a sizable gameserver hosting business, and we've used USDedicated for years.

My OpenVZ plans run on the game servers and use the game firewall, you'd have access to manage the game firewall from the billing panel. I have many people that run SAMP servers but there may be connection issues if the majority of your players are from Turkey or PK.
