I doubt any LEB provider/SME will be able to set up something similar to reduce their tax to 0.14%. So the effect (however it is set up) is that Google pays virtually no tax and SME pay the normal rate! It's anti-competitive and is ruining small businesses here in the UK.
Which the UK, on the contrary, is doing the same in the financial sector. Tax law is the last resort where national states can execute power.
