They should add that missing info for sure as it's required by law as far as I know. I agree it looks unprofessional. However, it doesn't really help you as a client. It's so easy to start a company these days. I'd rather host with someone messing up on these details than someone messing up my server. I guess it has been brought to their attention now so I'd expect them to act on it.
@ucxo I am confused, I have just added a client using a personal email address, generated an invoice sent it to and the logo displays fine?
I have checked the paths, they are also fine.

VMbox has been around for years and has always provided a stable and reliable service. This thread is nonsensical.
Just as a side issue, it would be helpful if your billing system used a proper sending address, otherwise all your emails get rejected as per below
