Thanks for the offers and advice everyone, on here and via PM.
I've decided to go with OVH's Cloud RAM thingymebob for the time being - The main draw being the seemingly high availability storage, and 6GB for ~£7 is a bargain in my eyes - Scaling up for more RAM also seems relatively straightforward, which is another advantage.
I'll keep the offers in mind for the future though, cheers!
