@Filipe If you ask the original poster - he was trying to install Win2012r2 on Hetzner. But there was some issues with the server. All is sorted out now.
The discussion later on in this thread is about one trying to install Win2016 on a Kimsufi box, but the NIC has no drivers for Win2016. Win2012r2 is working fine on Kimsufi also.

I tried to install Win 2016. I thought the NIC driver for Windows 10 would support Win2016 as well but it doesn't :P
