    Any reason for not going with Kimsufi? I am about to buy a server with integrated graphics from Kimsufi.

    I had one of those in my previous-previous-previous-previous-previous pc.

    You didn't specify that in your initial post. Is that a hard requirement? If so, are additional ips included in your budget?

    X2 4600+ is not a decent cpu for tasks that need a GPU. In fact, this cpu in a dekstop grade node with a 160GB HDD for 25€ is pricey, IMHO... Even with a GPU.

    Nope, i have some colocation space in Previder DC1, located in Hengelo, the Netherlands(closer to german border side of netherlands). I currently only have 3 dedicated servers running there, one of them is this i5. Other 2 are a dell Pedge R210 as a webhosting node and one for a client.

    That one is very-very-very-very old.
    If i3 or i5 CPU with GPU is in stock, it can be activated with 4GB configuration for 25 Eur per month

    Hls works on my Android with mobile chrome http://dailymotion.github.io/hls.js/demo/ .

    I think it's better to utilize some third-party CDN instead of building your own.
