Any reason for not going with Kimsufi? I am about to buy a server with integrated graphics from Kimsufi.
No extra IP's on Kimsufi.
There's always 1245's on Hetzner auction.
Dedicated server with GPU Add-on from 25 Eur per month, can provide free test
How old is that cpu!?
I had one of those in my previous-previous-previous-previous-previous pc.
I can offer you this:
i5 610
10GB DDR3
1x 120GB SSD + 620GB SATA HDD
100Mpps unmetered in Previder dc1, the netherlands
You miss 1 thing: the price.
You didn't specify that in your initial post. Is that a hard requirement? If so, are additional ips included in your budget?
17 eur a month
That's not a bad price. /29? Does it come with IPv6?
X2 4600+ is not a decent cpu for tasks that need a GPU. In fact, this cpu in a dekstop grade node with a 160GB HDD for 25€ is pricey, IMHO... Even with a GPU.
Are you a previder employee? If not, what company do you work for?
Nope, i have some colocation space in Previder DC1, located in Hengelo, the Netherlands(closer to german border side of netherlands). I currently only have 3 dedicated servers running there, one of them is this i5. Other 2 are a dell Pedge R210 as a webhosting node and one for a client.
/29, no IPv6 YET. Coming soon though.
That one is very-very-very-very old.
If i3 or i5 CPU with GPU is in stock, it can be activated with 4GB configuration for 25 Eur per month
Don't think the OP is in the market for this server anymore...
Intel i3-550 (4x3.4GHz), 8GB DDR3, 1TB HDD, 100Mbps shared unmetered 22 Eur
Intel i5-661 (4x3.33 GHz) 16GB DDR3, 1TB HDD, 100Mbps shared unmetered 27 Eur
Hls works on my Android with mobile chrome http://dailymotion.github.io/hls.js/demo/ .
I think it's better to utilize some third-party CDN instead of building your own.
