A tl;dr for anyone who does not want to read through tons of tickets.
OP has 10TB bw/month, resetting at the 15th of the month.
OP went over this 10TB limit by 1TB, so virmach invoiced him for that 1TB and suspended him
OP paid for that 1TB overage, but was still suspended due to no bandwidth being available (all 11TB he paid for had been used up)
OP paid for 1TB extra (12TB total now) and the server was unsuspended
Automatic suspension due to OP hosting a paypal fraud site (one of his clients most likely)
??? OP might have terminated said client

I really don't know how support ops stay professional with customers like this... too often on LET we see tickets with poor english, rude remarks, repetitive discombobulated mush and yet 9 times out of 10 the responses are professional and reasonable. Plus 1 for @VirMach for handling this so well. @pkwebhost glad it all worked out in the end.
I agree! Every time I see a "scam" post like this, and the provider handles it like @VirMach did here it only makes me want to buy something from said provider.
Maybe thats what they want you to do?
