    Murders leave physical evidence. Gathering sufficient evidence to arrest a person who is responsible for a DDoS attack is much more difficult.

    I think U'r an incredible optimist. SpamHaus is behind the law, the law is already broken by its existence. Some domain registrars could tell you how SpamHaus dioes not break the law :)
